Amendment to MMPCDC By-Laws Proposed for Adoption on August 21

At our July 17 Committee meeting, a proposed amendment to our By-Laws was introduced to reduce the quorum requirement for conducting business at MMPCDC meetings from the current 40% of Regular (voting) members to 30% of Regular (voting) members.
