Potomac Local has apparently “invited” Don Shaw and Bob Marshall to debate on October 13, 2015 in Manassas Park. Invited? Does that mean that Bob accepted the invitation? Such an odd way to publish the event. The event is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Manassas Park Community Center, one of my favorite venues. I think I’ve mentioned previously that the MP Community Center is a real gem. And we don’t want to forget the debate between Jeremy McPike and Hal on October 6 at 7:00 p.m. The location is at the Home Instead Senior Care conference room 9817 Godwin Drive. The venue, Home Instead Senior Care, is suspicious to me as Republican and Manassas City Councilman Ian Lovejoy is the Director of Operations at Home Instead. I think the venue should be changed; but that’s just me. I would hardly call it neutral territory.
