Potomac Local invited Candidate for 13th District Delegate Don Shaw and incumbent Bob Marshall to debate on October 8, 2015.  Bob has not responded which indicates to me that he is not interested in debating.  The last time I saw him debate, he was disinterested and basically argued that he was the only qualified candidate.  I would characterize his attitude as arrogant.  But no surprise there.  The people of the 13th district deserve more.  They deserve a Delegate who actually cares about all Virginians.  Bob only caters to his socially conservative constituents.  Most unbelievably were his comments about disabled children who he said were curses to mothers who have had abortions.  Nice, huh?  This is someone who should NOT be making decisions about any Virginian.

Oh, and I’ll give a shout out to Hal who seems to be reading this blog.  Sometime he can explain why he voted with the Aveni group in the tiebreaker related to special use permits.  Maybe that’s a good question for his October 6, 2015 debate with Jeremy McPike.  That is if he decides not to attack Jeremy personally rather than explaining his positions on issues.  Doubtful after Hal’s performance at the GOP convention and his comments about Andy Harrover.  No respect.
