Yes, that’s the return address on Hal’s latest daily mailing where he has enclosed an absentee voter application. He’s asking voters to complete the application and return it to not the official registrar but to him to decide which applications he will submit to the registrar which is apparently legal. Absentee Processing Center? I would characterize it as the voter suppression center. Many Manassas Democrats have received these applications…
