Potomac Local is organizing a debate between Democratic challenger Don Shaw and Republican incumbent Bob Marshall, the two candidates for the 13th District seat in the Virginia House of Delegates. This event, which is free and open to the public, will be held on Tuesday, October 13, starting at 7:00 PM, at the Manassas Park Community Center, 99 Adams Street, Manassas Park, Virginia 20111, and will be moderated by Potomac Local publisher Uriah Kiser.
