On Monday, June 19, 2017 at 7:15 pm, the Manassas City Council will issue an official proclamation recognizing June as LGBTQ History Month and honoring LGBTQ members of the community.  This is the first recognition of its kind in the City’s history, made possible by the leadership changes in recent City Council elections.

Anyone who supports such causes is welcome and encouraged to help fill the City Council Chambers at Manassas City Hall, 9027 Center St, Manassas VA 20110.  A good turnout will send a clear message to the community that all citizens should be valued.
