Give Hal Parrish credit for a 3 out of 10 rating for Osbourn High School

I couldn’t help but notice that on his FaceBook page Candidate Hal takes credit for the Manassas Public Schools “world class education.” I guess that doesn’t extend to to Osbourn which received a rating of 3 out of 10 for Great Schools in Virginia. Yes, there are some very positive programs in the schools. But those who will do well, will do well in any environment. School ratings improve when…
