Discrimination; ordinances or regulations prohibiting. Prohibits any political subdivision of the Commonwealth, including a locality or school board, from enacting an ordinance or adopting a regulation prohibiting discrimination on any basis other than race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, national origin, age, marital status, or disability.

So what this means that a doctor, firefighter, police officer, clerk, or anyone can refuse to provide a service to anyone who is gay. Please, someone explain to me how anyone continues to vote for this monstrous clown. I would love to hear from a supporter. It’s inconceivable to me how anyone to who calls himself or herself a “Christian” could possibly believe that hatred and discrimination is consistent with the teachings of Jesus.
It is such a shame that this embarrassment continues to be elected. And it’s really frightening that there are people that we live and work with who support such views. More to come.
