Parrish Refused To Support The Landmark 2013 Transportation Bill. <\/b><\/span>The Prince William Times reported, \u201cAlong with the floated health care compromise, Parrish refused to take a concrete stand on some other issues too.\u00a0 He wouldn’t say whether he backed the 2013 transportation bill, HB 2313, signed by former Gov.
