Potomac Local invited Candidate for 13th District Delegate Don Shaw and incumbent Bob Marshall to debate on October 8, 2015. \u00a0Bob has not responded which indicates to me that he is not interested in debating. \u00a0The last time I saw him debate, he was disinterested and basically argued that he was the only qualified candidate. \u00a0I would characterize his attitude as arrogant. \u00a0But no surprise there. \u00a0The people of the 13th district deserve more. \u00a0They deserve a Delegate who actually cares about all Virginians. \u00a0Bob only caters to his socially conservative constituents. \u00a0Most unbelievably were his comments about disabled children who he said were curses to mothers who have had abortions. \u00a0Nice, huh? \u00a0This is someone who should NOT be making decisions about any Virginian.<\/p>\n
Oh, and I’ll give a shout out to Hal who seems to be reading this blog. \u00a0Sometime he can explain why he voted with the Aveni group in the tiebreaker related to special use permits. \u00a0Maybe that’s a good question for his October 6, 2015 debate with Jeremy McPike. \u00a0That is if he decides not to attack Jeremy personally rather than explaining his positions on issues. \u00a0Doubtful after Hal’s performance at the GOP convention and his comments about Andy Harrover. \u00a0No respect.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
