2017 is an important year in Virginia politics.\u00a0 In the 50th House District (Manassas and Bristow), we have a wonderful opportunity to elect Lee J. Carter<\/a><\/strong> as the first Democrat to represent the district.\u00a0 Lee is taking on the Republican Majority Whip in a district that Hillary won by 12.5 points last November.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a fight we can win, and we’re going to need your help to do it.<\/p>\n

Please join us on Saturday, April 29, from 2 pm to 4 pm,<\/span><\/span><\/strong> at the home of Dianne Brower Lane at 9327 Camphor Ct, Manassas, VA 20110<\/strong><\/a><\/span> for a meet and greet with Lee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lee will listen to your concerns, share his thoughts on issues facing the district and the Commonwealth, and answer any questions. Light refreshments will be served.<\/span><\/p>\n

Suggested donation: $25 per person<\/strong> (but feel free to give more!)<\/p>\n

Any donations by check should be made out to Carter for Virginia. Cash is accepted as well.<\/p>\n
