As a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified Information Technology Program Manager, he has successfully overseen multimillion-dollar initiatives, enterprise modernization efforts, cybersecurity initiatives, and large-scale organizational transformations that have improved efficiency, strengthened compliance, and enhanced service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His background combines strategic leadership, operational management, and technical expertise, enabling him to align organizational goals with practical, results-driven solutions. Throughout his career, Marcus has developed and implemented policies, processes, and governance frameworks that streamline operations, improve accountability, and increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders, he is known for fostering collaborative environments, mentoring professionals at all levels, engaging stakeholders effectively, and leading complex initiatives from vision to successful execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marcus holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology. He also maintains PMP, ITIL 4, and CompTIA Security+ certifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Marcus proudly calls the City of Manassas home and is guided by a deep love for God, a passion for worship, and a lifelong commitment to helping and uplifting others.  When not engaged in public service, he enjoys music, reading and audiobooks, singing, movies, roller skating, bowling, golfing, and treasures every opportunity to spend time with his family, loved ones, and furry four-legged friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
